Having lived all over the world and traveled as much as possible, I still think that this little part of England is one of the world's greatest treasures. Something I love about the Cotswolds, and England in general, is coming across a nearly intact 15th century illumination like this one in the tiny church of St. Nicholas in Teddington, as though it were nothing of note. I find things like this to be treasures. And I had to include the very unusual carving that greets you as you enter!
